The Stay and Play experience is important to us and we want you to enjoy every aspect of your stay.
Enjoy our newly remodeled bathroom with an extra-large shower which will easily fit 5! We provide basic toiletries including shampoo, body wash, mouth wash, toothpaste, tampons etc. Along with a hair dryer, first aid kits and abundant clean towels.
Laundry facilities are available for bookings of 4 or more consecutive days. Detergents, softeners and dryer sheets will all be available for your use.
The full-size kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and kettle. We provide glasses, mugs, dishes and silverware, cooking and baking supplies. Along with basic cooking oils, seasonings etc.
Our playrooms have all the toys that you crave.

Sanitation
We have a professional cleaning company clean and sanitize the entire home after every booking. The home is also stocked with basic cleaning supplies such as dish and laundry soaps, wipes, sponges etc for use during your stay. Additionally, we provide hospital grade disinfectant wipes throughout the house for use on play equipment. We ask that any used leather goods be left in the assigned basket for cleaning after your stay as they require special care

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund of any bookings canceled 15 days prior to the scheduled stay. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule within 7-14 days of the reserved date, a refund of 50% of the total booking amount will be granted. Unfortunately, any cancellations made within 7 days of the reserved booking will not be eligible for any refund. We do offer an alternative option, where the full payment can be applied towards a later available date, with a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
